The dirtier the fabric, the more aggressive the wash needed \u2014 and that affects both the fabric and the print. The harder you wash, the more strain on both. Want your shirts or workwear to last? Don’t let them get too dirty, use mild detergents, and keep the temperature low.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Discharge screen printing<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Discharge bleaches the fabric, so the “print” sits softly in the textile. Treat like undecorated fabric:\n– 40\u00b0C wash\n– Hang dry or coolest dryer setting\n– Ironing usually OK (the print is not a topcoat)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Water-based inks penetrate the fibre \u2014 print feels softer but is slightly less abrasion-resistant than plastisol:\n– 30-40\u00b0C wash\n– No aggressive detergents\n– Hang dry recommended\n– Don’t iron over the print<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

DTF transfers sit as a flexible layer on the fabric. Treat like plastisol:\n– Max 40\u00b0C<\/strong> wash\n– No<\/strong> tumble drying \u2014 drastically reduces lifespan\n– No<\/strong> ironing over the transfer \u2014 turn inside out\n– Be careful with scrubbing or brushing over the print<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The most durable decoration technique we offer. Embroidered yarn can take a beating:\n– Washable up to 95\u00b0C<\/strong> (though we recommend 60\u00b0C to spare the fabric)\n– Dry cleaning possible\n– Ironing OK<\/strong> \u2014 even over the embroidery (light pressure)\n– Tumble drying possible, but not on highest setting<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
