For variable weather on site. Wind- and water-resistant, often with reflective elements.

Which print technique for which use?

Important: certification

high-vis workwear is personal protective equipment (PPE). The EN ISO 20471 standard sets requirements for fluorescent surface area and reflective bands. Incorrect printing can void this certification.

Don't print over reflective bands — they'll lose their function
Don't cover too much of the fluorescent material — a minimum visible area must remain
Use certified inks and transfers — we have these in-house
Get a certification statement if the standard is required for your work

Tips for construction firms

Specify per role.:
Not everyone needs high-vis. Site staff yes, office no. Saves money and prevents over-equipping.

Plan for wear.:
Construction is hard on workwear. Expect 1–2 years for trousers and T-shirts, 2–4 years for jackets and softshells. Budget for replacement.

Name and role on the back.:
For recognition on site and for clients. DTF on the back is ideal — personalisable from 1 piece.

Don't forget winter.:
Summer collection alone won’t do. Plan an autumn-winter round for jackets, fleece and thermal underwear.

Check certification annually.:
high-vis fades from sun and washing. What was class 2 may no longer meet the standard after a year. Address this in time.

Frequently asked questions

My high-vis was printed by an earlier supplier — how do I know if certification is valid?

Honestly: you often don’t know for sure, unless you have a certification statement. When in doubt: have us assess or replace with new, certified material.

Which high-vis brands do you recommend?

Blaklader, Safe, Sioen — depending on requirements and budget. For offshore/petrochemical, heavier standards apply that we can also supply.

How much does a certified high-vis package cost per person?

Realistically: €200–€500 per person for a full kit (trousers + polo + jacket + accessories), depending on brand and level. Replacement after 1–2 years.

Can you provide PPE certification after printing?

We supply with the right materials and methods. The official certificate sits with the workwear manufacturer — we guarantee our printing doesn’t affect validity.

Do you do work shoes with logo?

Printing on shoes is limited. Safety shoes we do supply via partners — ask about options.

Do you work with tenders and framework contracts?

Yes. We’ve supplied various construction and installation firms under framework agreements for years. Long-term supply, fixed prices, fast reorders.
