Often with a local business sponsor. We also facilitate these sponsor relationships.

Which print technique for sports apparel?

For match shirts, sublimation or DTF is the norm. Both work on polyester (the standard sport fabric). Sublimation is imperceptible but only works on light textile; DTF works everywhere.

Sponsor logos: our advice

Main sponsor large, on the chest.:
The most filmed and photographed spot.

Secondary sponsors small, on sleeves or back.:
Less prominent — but affordable for local businesses.

Maximum 4 sponsors per shirt.:
Otherwise it gets cluttered. Better to rotate across seasons.

Same sponsor on training and match wear.:
Gives the sponsor extra value for money.

Sponsor relationships thrive on visibility. But too many logos means none stand out. A few tips:

Tips for sports clubs

Order well in advance.:
Start in May for the new season in September. Sublimation shirts have longer lead times (cut-and-sew).

Standardise across teams.:
One base design that varies subtly per team (colour band, team name) is more efficient than entirely different shirts per team.

Keep parents involved.:
For youth teams, parents are often the actual payers. Make the ordering process clear for them.

Plan for growth.:
Clubs see member turnover. Always order 10–15% extra in common sizes.

Sponsors want to stay.:
A satisfied local sponsor is gold. Make sure their logo sits neatly on the shirt — not crooked, not faded after 5 washes.

What's the minimum for match shirts?

For sublimation cut-and-sew: from 10 pieces per design. For DTF on ready-made polyester sport shirt: from 1 piece.

How long does a match shirt last?

With intensive use, 1–3 seasons. Sublimation holds colour longer; DTF can lose colour after many washes and heavy use.

Do you work with club logos and brand identities?

Yes, that’s our daily practice. Send the club logo and we’ll advise on colour coding, placement and sponsor integration.

Can we have each shirt printed with name and number?

Yes. Unique name and number per player — for a small surcharge per personalisation.

Do you do running apparel for events?

Yes. Running shirts for 5km/10km/half-marathon events, often with event logo, date and sponsors. Sublimation or DTF depending on textile.

Lead time for a complete team kit?

For sublimation cut-and-sew: 4–6 weeks. For DTF on standard sport shirt: 1–2 weeks. Rush negotiable.
