Which print technique fits best?

Scalable: from 5 to 500

Small business (5–20 staff):
Often one email exchange per new hire. We have your standard apparel and logos ready; within a week your new hire is fully kitted out.

Medium (20–100):
Standard package per role, stock holding, annual review of what works and what doesn’t. Central invoicing.

Large (100+):
Framework contract with agreed lead times, fixed prices, stock holding of common sizes, dedicated contact. Optionally an online ordering portal for managers per location.

How much does an embroidered company polo cost?

Standard polo + chest logo embroidery typically comes to €25–€45 per piece. One-time digitisation cost €25–€60 for the stitch file.

Can you exactly match our brand colours?

Yes. For screen printing we work with PMS codes (Pantone Matching System). For embroidery we match to standard thread palettes — almost always sufficient, sometimes requiring a slight tonal compromise.

Can you supply our existing designs in other formats?

Yes. Send your brand identity package and we’ll deliver consistent execution across different garments.

Do you also work for sole traders or freelancers?

Absolutely. One polo or hoodie with logo is no problem. Embroidery costs are reasonable at small quantities since we only make the stitch file once.

Can we centralise textile procurement across multiple locations?

Yes. We’ve supplied multi-location businesses for years with centralised order handling per location or staff member.

What's a reasonable budget per staff member per year?

For regular corporate apparel: €100–€300 per staff member per year (depending on role and what you offer). For workwear-heavy roles: €300–€800.
