For outdoor staff, enforcement officers, parking management and municipal grounds maintenance. Experienced with tenders, framework contracts and long-term supply — including certified high-vis printing.
What we supply for government
Enforcement officers (BOA)
Uniforms per municipal specifications: polos, jackets, trousers, caps. Often with role tag and department logo. Strict specs for colour and placement.
Parking wardens
high-vis uniform with clear “PARKING ENFORCEMENT” on back and chest. Practical and recognisable.
Municipal outdoor staff
Workwear for green maintenance, road maintenance, public space management. Often with municipal logo and role. Certified high-vis where work requires it.
Cleaning and waste management
Workwear for waste collection — robust, hygienic, recognisable. Often in clear colours per service.
Education and care (municipal)
For municipal institutions: schools, youth services, municipal transport. Subtle, professional.
Safety regions and emergency services
Specialised workwear for fire brigade volunteers, municipal crisis teams, etc.
Promotional textiles for municipalities
Visitor shirts for markets, events, sport promotion by the municipality.
Which print technique for government?
For government, certified execution is often a requirement. We have the right materials and certifications in place.
Tenders and framework contracts
Direct quotations:
— for smaller municipalities and specific projects without full tender.
Multiple direct invitations:
— several parties invited, evaluation on price and quality.
European tenders:
— for large contracts with formal procedure (TenderNed). We deliver MEAT-substantiated bids.
Framework contracts:
— multi-year supply with agreed prices, lead times and service levels. Often with call-off by staff/managers via portal.
Mini-competitions within framework:
— when the municipality is part of one and we’re included.
We have experience with:
We provide: – Submission PDF in the municipal format – Substantiated sustainability claims (ACM-compliant, not vague) – Lead times with service-level guarantee – Central contact and escalation route – VAT-correct invoicing and document administration
How we work with municipalities
Clearly structured. Municipalities have many staff, many exceptions, much administration. We arrange:
- Central contact within our organisation
- Online ordering portal where managers or staff order themselves, based on pre-agreed packages
- Stock holding of common sizes — immediate availability for new staff
- Half-yearly review of what works and what doesn't
- Central invoicing or invoice per department — depending on what suits your administration
- Pickup or return service for clothing return on staff departure (on request)
Tips for municipal procurement
Specify sharply in the tender.:
Which colour, which placement, which certification. The sharper the brief, the more comparable the bids.
Ask for references.:
For large contracts, experience with similar contracts matters. We’re happy to supply references from other municipalities and public organisations.
Plan maintenance and replacement.:
Workwear wears out. Build a fixed replacement cadence (e.g. every 2 years) into the framework contract.
Keep sustainability requirements concrete.:
“Sustainable” isn’t a criterion. “Contains at least 30% recycled material” or “PVC-free printing” is — and we can deliver firmly on those.
Choose one supplier.:
Fragmenting across multiple suppliers makes management complex and the look inconsistent. One supplier for the whole apparel package almost always works better.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. We have experience with TenderNed procedures and deliver MEAT-substantiated bids. Ask about references if it helps assessment.
Yes. Beyond municipalities we also supply provinces, water boards, public health services, RDW and other semi-public organisations.
We’re experienced with public-sector invoicing: invoice per department, cost centre processing, e-invoicing via Peppol or UBL. No surprises.
For larger framework contracts: yes. Pre-agreed packages per role, your logo and identity, decentralised ordering for managers or staff with approval workflow.
Depending on role: €200–€600 per employee per year for a complete kit. For BOA uniforms often higher due to specific certifications and identity.
With framework contracts we often arrange a return service for departing staff — clothing collected, sorted, redistributed or environmentally disposed of.
