From first contact to delivery — in five steps
No surprises, no production black boxes. We’ve followed the same predictable process for over 40 years, because that’s what our clients value most.
The five steps
01 — Contact, advice and quote
Through personal contact we understand your needs. Every client is unique: based on your requirements we advise on textiles, print technique and quantities, and provide a tailored quote.
02 — Payment
Once you approve the quote, we send an invoice with payment options. For EU customers we use iDEAL or bank transfer; for international customers we work with bank transfer or other arrangements. After payment confirmation, the order goes straight into production. Recurring business clients can arrange alternative payment terms.
03 — Digital proof
You always receive a digital proof by email, showing the exact position of the print. The proof also includes the colour numbers used, according to the Pantone® Matching System (PMS).
04 — Production
After proof approval, production starts. Depending on technique, we work on screen printing (up to 7 Pantone colours), embroidery (standard up to 6 colours, on request up to 15), DTF, sublimation or specialties. We carry out spot-checks throughout production for colour consistency, alignment, and adhesion.
05 — Delivery
Garments are folded carefully and packed in boxes. We notify you when the order ships. Within the Netherlands we use PostNL or GLS. For international tour deliveries we work with logistics partners that ship to multiple EU venues along your tour route.
Files and garments — how to supply
For perfect execution, good supply matters — both your design file and (in exceptional cases) your garments.
- Files: preferably vector (AI, EPS) with outlines and PMS codes. Workable: EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, JPG, TIFF at 300 DPI. Large files via WeTransfer to verkoop@visualprint.nl.
- Garments: in nearly all cases we supply the garments ourselves (guaranteed quality and adhesion). Customer-supplied garments are possible by arrangement for specific exceptions — e.g. sports clubs with their own kit-supplier or private label projects.
