Column 1 — Your design
Vector file (.ai.eps.pdf) or high-resolution raster (.png.jpg ≥ 300 dpi) · Pantone colour codes if relevant (e.g. brand identity) · Or a sketch/reference if you don’t have a final design yet
Column 2 — The textile
Type of garment (T-shirt, hoodie, polo, workwear, bag, etc.) · Brand preference (e.g. Stanley/Stella, B&C, Blaklader) or “no preference” · Size breakdown: e.g. 5× S, 10× M, 15× L · Textile colour(s) · Are you supplying your own garments? Default no — we supply via Falk & Ross, TopTex, Ralawise. Own-supply is possible by arrangement for specific exceptions (sports club with own kit-supplier, private label). The intake form is then required.
Column 3 — The order
Number of pieces · Desired delivery date · Print location(s) (front, back, sleeve, left chest, …) · Print size (approximate)

What happens after submitting?

1. Immediately after submitting — Confirmation in your inbox:
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation with a ticket number. Save that email; if you want to add something later, just reply to it.
2. Within 1 business day — A response from a real person:
One of us will look at your request. In most cases you’ll get a price indication right away. Sometimes we have a few clarifying questions first — we’ll email us you.
3. Approved? — Production planning:
Once approved, we plan in the order and send you a planning confirmation. For new customers we work with a 50% deposit by default.
4. Production & delivery:
You’ll get a notification when production starts and another when your order ships. For first orders we send a photo of the result for approval before shipping.

Within 1 business day. If you submit Friday after 16:00, we’ll respond Monday morning. In most cases you’ll get a price right away; for more complex orders (specialties, large runs, unusual designs) it may take a bit longer because we want to calculate or test first.
Yes, always. You’re not committed to anything until you give written approval. We don’t charge quotation fees either.
Standard 30 days. Material prices (textile, thread, inks) fluctuate — for large runs we sometimes agree on a shorter validity.
That depends on the technique. Roughly: – Screen printing: from 25 pieces – DTF: from 1 piece – Embroidery: from 10 pieces (small one-time setup cost for digitisation) – Sublimation: from 10 pieces
Yes — that’s called “customer-supplied”. Note that we’re not liable for damage to customer-supplied textile if it turns out the material isn’t printable (e.g. polyester percentage too low for sublimation). We always do a check beforehand.
We focus on B2B: companies, associations, schools, events. For private one-shirt orders we refer to [PARTNER OR OWN PRINTEES.NL].
Yes. We have an in-house designer and can handle anything from a logo tweak to a full design. We usually charge a small design fee; for larger orders this is often waived.
