Beyond our regular work we support local clubs, associations, schools and small-scale events with printed apparel at reduced rates or in kind. Here’s how and what for.
What we offer
Sponsorship with Visualprint typically means:
- Printed team apparel at reduced rates — often 20-50% discount depending on the project
- Fully in kind for specific small-scale initiatives (e.g. one class shirt for a graduation event)
- At cost for recurring relationships that don't reciprocate
We prefer in-kind over cash — that way we can apply our expertise and own production rather than distribute budgets.
Who qualifies?
We’re an SME, so we can’t help everyone. Our focus:
✓ Likely to consider
Local sports clubs (especially Leidschendam-Voorburg and surrounding area) · Schools in our region with specific projects (graduation shirts, school trips, events) · Local cultural events without commercial purpose · Charities with textile-related needs · Youth work and scouting
✗ Rarely a fit
Requests from other regions (we prefer to sponsor locally) · Commercial events without social component · Cash sponsorship requests without textile component · Political or religious organisations
How to apply
Send an email to verkoop@visualprint.nl with subject “Sponsorship request” and include:
We respond within one working week with a yes, no, or follow-up question.
Honest expectations
We sponsor actively, but we’re also a commercial business. Not every request gets a yes — sometimes a sharp regular quote is better than a sponsorship deal. We’re upfront about that.
We prefer long-term relationships: a good small-scale start can grow into recurring collaboration over the years.
