Orders & quantities
What's the minimum order quantity?
We can print or embroider from 10 pieces. For some techniques (DTF) we can produce smaller runs — even single pieces. Ask in your quote.
Can I order shirts in multiple colours for one design?
Yes, absolutely. The minimum is 10 pieces total, with variation in sizes and colours allowed.
Which garment brands do you stock?
The most popular brands we print on: Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, B&C, Bella+Canvas, Mantis, Stanley/Stella. We source through multiple wholesalers and can supply almost any brand — just ask.
Which colour t-shirts are available?
It depends on the brand and the specific garment — every brand has its own colour chart. Gildan offers the broadest colour range, so if you’re looking for a specific colour, that’s a good starting point.
Can you add names and numbers to garments?
Yes. Different rates apply for personalisation — request a quote with the name/number specifications.
Can I bring my own garments to be printed?
In most cases, preferably not. We supply the garments ourselves in nearly all situations — that gives us guaranteed adhesion and quality. Mass-market clothing (Decathlon, H&M, etc.) often has unknown coatings that cause issues with inks.
What if the print doesn't adhere properly?
For garments we supplied: this almost never happens, and if it does we reprint at no cost. For customer-supplied garments we do a sample print and wash test in advance. Should bulk production reveal unexpected adhesion failures due to fabric properties not detected in testing, we cannot be liable for reprinting — but we’ll work with you on a solution (alternative technique, reprint at material cost).
Lead times & rush orders
How long does it take?
Standard lead time is 7-10 working days (screen printing and print) or about 2 weeks (embroidery) after digital proof approval.
We need it really fast — is that possible?
Faster is usually possible, depending on textile availability. Some brands or specific colours have longer lead times, so contact us directly to discuss tight deadlines. We’ll always try to make it work for genuine rush orders.
How is it shipped?
Within the Netherlands we use PostNL or GLS. International shipping is by arrangement — for tour merch we deliver to multiple EU venues along your tour route. Pickup at our workshop in Leidschendam is also possible by appointment.
Files & design
What file formats do you need?
Vector files (EPS or AI) are ideal. Convert all text to outlines.
How do I send my file?
By email to verkoop@visualprint.nl (include your company name or project name in the subject) · Large files via WeTransfer or similar services
Can I see a proof before you print?
Always. You receive a digital proof by email, showing the exact position and Pantone colour numbers used. Production only starts after your approval.
What are PMS colours?
PMS stands for Pantone® Matching System — a worldwide colour standard. PMS 021 is always the same shade of orange, whether you’re printing in Leidschendam, London or Los Angeles.
Payment & contact
Can I pay after I receive the shirts?
No, all orders are paid in advance via iDEAL or bank transfer. For recurring business clients we can arrange alternative payment terms.
How do I request a quote?
Send an email to verkoop@visualprint.nl with: – Which garment (brand/type, colour, sizes and quantities) – Which print technique (or: ask for advice) – Print position(s) and desired dimensions – Your design (see file specs above) – Any deadline
Do you work with private individuals?
Yes, but our focus is on B2B and larger volumes. For a stag/hen do, a class reunion shirt or a team event that’s not a problem.
