The techniques at a glance
Screen printing
The classic for textile printing. Unbeatable from 25 pieces upward. Plastisol, water-based or discharge — depending on the textile and desired feel. [Read more about screen printing →]
DTF transfers
The flexible technique for smaller runs and full-colour designs. Works on virtually any fabric, including tricky materials like nylon and polyester. [Read more about DTF →]
Embroidery
The premium choice for corporate apparel, polos and workwear. Durable, professional look, stays sharp for years. [Read more about embroidery →]
Sublimation
For full-colour designs on polyester. The ink becomes part of the fabric — no perceptible layer, excellent wash resistance. Ideal for sportswear and all-over prints. [Read more about sublimation →]
Specialties
Reflective, glitter, puff, hi-density, discharge — for when standard print isn’t enough. Our R&D focus sits here; ask about our retroreflective transfers with glass beads. [Read more about specialty →]
Graphic screen printing
Screen printing on paper — posters, art prints and collectibles up to 70×100 cm. Unlimited Pantone colours by arrangement, optionally with hot foil stamping and debossing. For galleries, theatres, brands, bands and events. [Read more about graphic screen printing →]
How we choose the right technique together
We look at:
In practice we often land on a combination — embroidery on the chest and screen print on the back, for example. We’re never afraid to lay those options on the table.
Why everything under one roof?
At Visualprint we run every technique in our own workshop in Leidschendam. That means:
- Honest advice — we have no reason to push you toward one specific technique
- Short lines — no waiting on external partners
- Easy to combine — multiple techniques on one shirt? No problem
- Quality control — same people, same standards, every order
